TeachHubNepal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect once posted.
Service Overview
TeachHubNepal is a directory that connects learners with teachers. We provide tools for searching profiles and sending private requests for info. TeachHubNepal itself does not conduct classes, set lesson content, or process payments. All arrangements (curriculum, scheduling, fees, refunds) are managed directly between student and teacher.
Registration and Accounts
- Tutors: Must provide accurate information (name, email, location, expertise, certificates if any).
- Students: Use the enquiry form with accurate details. Learners under 18 require parental consent.
- Independent Contractors: Tutors are independent and responsible for their own taxes and obligations.
Payments
TeachHubNepal does not handle payments. Students and teachers must agree on fees and payment methods directly. We will not collect, hold, or refund payments, and we are not liable for disputes over fees.
Code of Conduct
All users must behave respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct will result in termination. Users must communicate professionally and honor scheduled sessions.
Privacy
We collect personal data (e.g., name, email, location, certificates) only to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
TeachHubNepal acts only as a directory. We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or fraud between students and teachers. We do not guarantee teacher availability, qualifications, or outcomes of lessons. Use the platform at your own risk.
Miscellaneous
- You must be at least 13 to use TeachHubNepal; under 18 requires parental consent.
- You are responsible for your account security.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse or breach of these Terms.
